wheresgeorge04, to be fair, biscuits and gravy, with or without country-fried steak, is also a wonderful breakfast. But it’s a completely different wonderful breakfast than the full Irish or English breakfast. All they have in common is that both are properly served in large portions, and both have several times the RDA of fat and cholesterol.
