What are some fun/interesting things to do in Burlington for someone who is wheelchair bound? I’m asking on behalf of a relative who will be visiting there for a few days in a week or so. He’ll be accompanied by his able-bodied wife, if that makes a difference. They’re interested in local history, crafts, art…You know: Old people tourist stuff.
Also, he likes roller coasters, but I don’t think they have those there.
Are there any places that they shouldn’t bother with at all because of accommodation issues? Anything else I’m not thinking of that is pertinent?
My sister actually lives in Burlington, but has never had to explore it in a wheelchair, so she asked me to ask you all for advice, which she’ll pass on to our aunt and uncle when they arrive.
