Most useful course I took in high school was keyboarding 10. I can touch type, but I tend to look at the keys a lot. I was a decently fast typer before taking the class, using the four finger method, I’m faster now. Some of my friends bitch at me for responding too fast on MSN 
Still not stellar, but I was doing 30 wpm when I took the course. No idea how fast I am now though. Typos tend to slow me down.
Touch type. Last time I checked, I was around 80 wpm, but that was an online test using a passage from a book that I am very familiar with, so I think that maybe it wasn’t completely accurate - I knew what was coming up next in the book.
