Bill Clinton announced his candidacy on October 3, 1991.
But did he announce later than a bunch of other candidates, or did everybody just announce later back then? I’m thinking it was the latter.
So when should Scott Walker announce? Now that practically everyone else has announced, he won’t have to compete for attention no matter when he announces.
And I think Chris Christie should hold off for now, and announce his candidacy the same day that a prosecutor announces his indictment. He’d absolutely *dominate *the news that day. 
This is either hilarious or terrifying, I haven’t decided. Christie throwing out the first pitch at a Yankees game.
I remember that. I remember thinking “This scuzzball ain’t getting elected. He comes across like a sleazy used car salesman!” Gawd I wish I had been right! :smack:
Didn’t he have some kind of gastric bypass surgery or lap band or something a few years ago? WTF happened? Besides nothing? 
He did loose a decent amount of weight. Though obviously not anywhere near enough to make wearing those pants a good idea.
Just for the record, that’s actually Christie playing in a charity softball game to raise money for the families of slain NYPD officers.
