That seems strange. Don’t we usually meet on the second Tuesday of each month? Unless it’s January when, in accordance with past practice, we meet on the first Monday of the new year. Strange. I guess it has been that way for the last 5 years or so. I mean, meeting on the first Monday of the new year in January. Unless it’s not January, or a new year, in which case it’s the second Tuesday of the month. Except January. Which always seems to be a new year. In accordance with past practice. But only once. For 20 minutes. In January. The first Monday. What’s that - the third? Strange.

So what you’re saying is that on Mondays, other than the first Monday in January, we don’t actually meet either, once a month, nor do we meet on any other Tuesdays, except for the second Tuesday of the month when we do meet, and of course not the first Tuesday of the month, when, in accordance with previous years, we meet on a Monday.

I think that’s right. We meet on the first Monday of the new year, which is the third day of January next year. This is in accordance with past practice. We normally meet on the second Tuesday of each month, but according to past practice, we meet on the first Monday in January, as we have for at least the past 5 years. As odd as that may seem, it is in accordance with past practice to meet on the first Monday in January because January is not any other month besides January, in which case, we meet on the first Monday of the year, as opposed to the second Tuesday of the month in any other month besides January, the beginning of the new year, according to past practice.
