This question has arisen in a thread about an old Cecil column.
And while we’re at it, [sub]bump, bump[/sub] who decides what the content of the online columns will be? Is it Cecil? Ed? Someone else?
I ask because, if you check the linked thread, it’s obvious that the content changes from time-to-time without there being much editorial notation.
