Welcome, I’m assuming you’re asking a question about a video game and so I moved this from Cecil’s to The Game Room.

Space Cadet is a 3-D pinball game that came with Windows 2000 and XP (and ME maybe?).

Space Cadet wasn’t included in later versions of windows due to bugs. Your time warp bug is one of those. If you can find it, there is a 2005 version of Space Cadet that is supposedly not as buggy. I haven’t played it myself though so I have no idea if that is really true or not.
