When you're feelin' blue, what do you do?

Not into major-scale depression here, but…

  1. I read some books I’ve read a million times and love. Like L.M. Mongomery’s Anne series, or the Blue Castle, or something by Gordon Korman, or something else that suits my fancy.

  2. Take a bath. Usually in conjunction with #1.

  3. Eat. Again, in conjunction with the first 2. This combo usually makes me feel better… or at least, knocks me out.

  4. Stagnate on the internet. Read the same threads on the SDMB again and again and again. Talk on ICQ to people who I’m not really talking to.

  5. If I’m REALLY upset, I’ll write a diary entry trying to figure out why.
