By the time i did the last ones, there weren’t many amalgam fillings left. And they were getting old, and at risk of falling out. None of them had any decay behind them, and the whole thing went very smoothly. I even had the dentist put a guard in my mouth as she worked, so i wouldn’t inadvertantly swallow the amalgam dust.
I remember reading in TIME magazine that you could tell the current Soviet leader (Gorbachev?) was an old-timer by the iron crown in his mouth.
My evil dad never had a cavity in his life. Mom’s people all had teeth too big for their mouths. Not a wisdom tooth left in the lot of them. I got that mouth, and I have lots of fillings. My teeth are jammed in so tight, it’s hard to floss. I also have several implants.
I have to stop this post before I get more boring.
