Proper DW novels come in the fall, but around April / May we usually get a YA, Science of DW or something similar. I can’t find anything online. Anyone know?
As far as I can tell, the next new novel by Terry Pratchett will be “Wintersmith”, coming out at the end of September. It’s a Discworld book, and part of the Tiffany Aching series. There’s also, at about the same time, going to be “The Unseen University Cut Out Book”, which lets you put together your own model of Unseen University, and at the end of August, 2006, will be the “Ankh-Morpock Post Office Handbook”.
His old stuff is also being republished in new editions.
I know that Good Omens is just out, in an extended form, including a FAQ. But there is a constant flow of new and repackaged editions, so I thought this was just another, not the big spring eent.
It’s out already? needs to run to bookstore like… ten minutes ago
There’s an FAQ? I saw it in the bookstore, but thought it was just a straight reprint. I might spring for a hardcover if there’s extras, though I was sorta hoping to get one with the original cover art…
Seconded. I thought it was just an attempt to get more sales. Granted the fact they made two versions of the book with two different covers may have contributed to that assumption.
THe worst part about all of this? I have all my Pterry books on this bookcase and I’m jsut about out of room:(
