Where can I find a 5.1 mini jack splitter?

I just got a new pair of 5.1 sorround sound headphones for my PC in anticipation of late nights playing Neverwinter Nights 2. They sound awesome! The only real problem I have right now is that in order to use them I have to unplug my 5.1 sorround speakers first which takes a few minutes and is a real pain.

Unfortunately the manufacturer of the headphones does not offfer a splitter, so I’m stuck trying to find one and have had no luck so far.

What I need is a 5.1 mini jacksplitter. Essentially three male mini jacks that will connect to the center/sub,front, rear out of my PC soundcard and split that signal to 6 mini jack female plugs which I can then use to output to both my headphones and my speakers.

Any ideas where I can find this?

Won’t three conventional “Y” adapters work?

Hmmm, I thought about that for a moment, but I wasn’t sure if the signal from the PC sound card is compatible with standard y adapters. In other words, will I still get the correct channels per connection?

PC cards don’t put out a different analog signal than CD players, it’s all the same; Y-adapters work fine on them.

Thanks guys! Heading over to Radioshack.

BTW be aware than your audio output level will decrease on both the speakers & headphones if both items are hooked up simultaneously.
