It need not be a precious metal. Wood is fine even. I’m looking for something rustic that might most resemble what some Northern Europeans wore back when Christianity was taking over.

Just so you know, some white supremacist groups have adopted Mjolnir as a symbol of their movement.
Googling “Viking Jewelry” got me several online stores with simple, undecorated mjølnirs in all materials, (mixed in with weird and kitchy stuff of course).
If you want something authentic, the Historical and Viking Ship museum here in Oslo have an online store, where they sell replicas of the finds from Kaupang (which was a thriving town in southern norway in the years 850-950, but was abandoned after that, so the stuff from there is as unadulterated viking as you are going to get. It’s the site of one the more ambitious excavations in Norway in recent years, the results are still being published, and it’s caused all sorts of stir in scholarly circles. )
