Okay, so my dad’s pissed because Comcast went out just before the entire inauguration process, and thus missed it all. He has since found the speech online, but would like to see the entire thing, as if it were broadcast live.
Is the entire thing online anywhere?

Check any of the broadcast networks and CNN. Only, what do you mean by “complete”? Coverage started early in the morning and went on for hours. What part does he actually want to watch?
Your dad has Comcast? Is he able to get the on-demand stuff? I missed it yesterday too and was able to find it on On Demand easily and watch it at home at about 8 PM. It’s in one of the categories - of course now I can’t remember which one - under “Obama.” I seem to remember it being in one of the categories at the top, “TV Events” maybe?
Do some hopping around there, if he’s got it, and you should be able to find it. It’s a C-SPAN feed with no commentary, which I actually enjoyed. It was nice being able to just watch without being told what to think.
Oh! And it was free, so you won’t have to pay anything to view it.
