I know the VIN number of my car as well as the paint code which is found on the inside of the drivers side door.
I want to paint a bumper cover, which requires less than a pint of paint. The only site that lets me use my paint code is this one:
And they want $45 for a pint of paint. Are there cheaper alternatives or is that about as cheap as it gets?
You might find it a bit cheaper online, but frankly you’re already near the lowest you’ll find in retail, especially for such a small amount. You may try a local body shop and see if they have some in stock.
Not that I’m.of NAPA, but my local NAPA store mixes paint in various sizes and types. (If you can get them to wait on you.)
