Where do you keep your toothbrush?

smart! :dubious::dubious:

:eek: in the kitchen sink :eek: (So do we) The downstairs bathroom came with out a sink. Yeah fun. I keep them in the glass cabinet in the kitchen.

how about a cup of bleach :dubious::dubious:

That is what we have.

These work great for holding a toothbrush in the bathroom. I keep mine on the side of the medicine cabinet undisturbed with one;

Kids keep theirs in a toothbrush cup on the counter, wife keeps hers in the medicine cabinet, I keep mine in the vanity drawer.

You have to be careful with that. The chemicals in some mouthwashes interact with the chemicals in some toothpastes and they cancel out their effectiveness. As a general rule, you want to have at least thirty minutes between the times when you use each of them. Using a toothbrush that’s been soaking in mouthwash could be an issue.

That was an interesting read. Thank you.

Stuck to the shower wall. Using a suction-cup device from Daiso, the Japanese dollar (well, 100-yen) store.

SO many advantages to this. Toilet spray does not get on anything; animals do not drink out of the toilet; toddlers do not play in it; and most of all, there are no arguments about whether the seat is left up or down, if the LID goes down. My 11-year-old was taught to put the lid down when he was toilet trained, and has always done it reliably.

Reusing the same (unsanitized) toothbrush day after day has always squicked me out, and one of these days I’ll figure out a solution (no pun intended) but for now we try to change out our toothbrushes once a month or so.

Other than that, yeah, the cutesy toothbrush holders I’ve gotten don’t really accommodate modern toothbrushes, so they tend to rest in a plastic Solo cup that gets swapped out every few days. And everyone has a toothbrush upstairs and downstairs, so no excuses for not brushing a couple-three times a day. :slight_smile:
