Let’s say you get a free week to go sightseeing anywhere in the world, and it has to be somewhere you’ve never been to before: Where do you go?
I would love to spend a week relaxing and sightseeing in Catalonia.

African safari. I like looking at wild animals.
A week only? If I can get teleported there, Sidney with side trips to not-so-built-up areas relatively close by*. If not, Cartagena de Indias (Colombia) has been in my bucket list for ages.
Bali. I want to see terraced rice paddies, decorated penjor poles, and tropical fruit or flowers growing.
London
The moon? Apollo 11 took a bit over 8 days, but I’m assuming with technological improvements over the last 50 years, they can speed up the journey by 15.5%.
This is the first thing that came to mind. It’s on my bucket list.
Cairo, Copenhagen, and a return trip to Washington DC would also be good.
Scotland and Ireland
I’ve already done the African Safari thing, but I wouldn’t mind doing it again.
But my first choice would probably be to go to the Galapagos Islands and look at different wild animals.
New Zealand would be fun, too.
Norway/Sweden/Poland/Iceland. One of those countries to see the Northern Lights.
Iceland — a high ratio of scenic places per square mile. gImages, Iceland scenery — https://is.gd/w5qhsj
ETA, I had a military stopover in Keflavik NAS, for 2 hours. I walked around the tarmac a bit. So while I’ve been there, I really haven’t been to Iceland. I hope this counts!
Only a week? Probably Belize or Costa Rica, since those aren’t too far away for a week-long trip to be worthwhile. If I could teleport, like someone else suggested, I’d like to go to Petra or Angkor Wat.
You get to stay at your chosen location for a week-travel time is not counted.
Slovakia. Wanna see where my people come from (I kinda feel like it’s much like western Pennsylvania, where they went to. but with prettier views).
I want to ride a horse across the Tibetan plateau.
Either Istanbul or the Orkney Islands. I’ll see them both before I die. Hopefully.
Just been watching the Arctic Race Of Norway on TV. Lordy, what a landscape. (It’s cycling, BTW - here’s a sample so you can see what I mean.) I was going to say that it’s pretty impractical, but if other options are teleportation to Sidney, and the Moon, then arctic Norway isn’t that unreasonable. All that amazing scenery - and a bike race. I’m sold.

The immediate places that come to mind for me are New Zealand or Switzerland.
A true gem.
Stunning alpine scenery, wonderful food & drink, (Slovakian beer in particular is one of the world’s “Undiscovered Treasures”) and warm, friendly people, all surrounded by a half-dozen other countries all with thier own unique cultures, languages and histories, making Slovakia ideal for a base to explore and discover Central and Eastern Europe. (The capital, Bratislava, is only an hour from Vienna, likely making them the two geographically closest national capitals on Earth)
Oh, in that case K2-311b.
I am, of course, ignoring the “in the world” stipulation in the OP.
