Specifically, this wav, which I’ve had for a few years, inherited from my old online MST-ing group. A particular favorite of mine, but I don’t know the source.
It would have come from a movie (probably, but not necessarily a “bad” one), and is named “mumylaff,” which might mean it was from a Mummy movie, or possibly was a guy named Mumy laughing, but I don’t know for sure.
That’s all I got…can anyone help?

It’s from an old horror movie, but I can’t recall which one. Or maybe it’s a stock “I’ve gone insane” laugh track inserted into horror movies.
I think it’s Bramwell Fletcher losing it when he sees Karloff at the beginning of The Mummy, but youtube doesn’t seem to have a clip to confirm.
Sounds a lot like Gene Wilder’s Dr Frankenstein.
