Where in the Bible does it say you'll be reunited with loved ones in the afterlife?

My ninety-five year old mother frets about whether she will be with my father whom she was married to for over fifty years or the former pilot that she has been in love with for the last ten years. How can she ever be happy with just one? How will God ever be able to make it all work out right?
