Where in the U.S. is "come with." used?

I’ve spent 32 of my 38 years in various parts of the South. I say “come with,” but I think I picked it up from my father, who is a native Oregonian.

I grew up in the rural northwestern corner of Illinois, and I definitely say it. Since then, I’ve moved to Colorado, and I can’t think of a specific case of hearing it there (just because I wasn’t paying attention and didn’t realize it might be a regional thing). However, I’m sure I say it all the time and nobody has ever mentioned that it sounds weird or seemed puzzled by it, so it’s probably used frequently in that region, too.

I’m from Texas and I’d never heard it at all until I was watching Buffy.

Girls up here in the North refer to their female friends as girlfriends. Yes, we do. Her husband is very tolerant, but I’m afraid, not that lucky. When it pertains to me anyway.
