Where is Punto Final, Baja California, Mexico?

Caffeine deficient at the moment, and my google-fu isn’t working. My mom and her b/f used to fly his Mooney to Punto Final in Baja California. Where is Punto Final?

Punta Final is on Gonzaga Bay, on the east coast about a third of the way down.

That would be on Baja California the peninsula, but not in Baja California the state, rather in Baja California Sur (which I think is now a state rather than a territory, but my somewhat-outdated atlases still show it as the latter).
