I figure there must be one. Can someone link me to it. I search and get the tribute threads, but I have no idea what happened to him, or even when.

The thread “Announcement” started by Amy is, I believe, the only knowledge we have of what happened. Wally fell down at work, was taken to the hospital, and died later. That’s basically what I know based on what Amy posted.
