It shows a cop spraying pepper spray into a group of people huddled on the ground. I was told it’s at an OWS protest, but I can’t confirm it. Can anyone help?
Those cops were lucky they didn’t incite a riot.

As the chancellor of UC Davis left her office today she was confronted by a large crowd of students who linked arms and silently stared at her as she walked to her car.
