It’s from Barstow, by avant-garde composer Harry Partch. It’s a series of brief pieces of graffiti that he found at a popular hitchhiking spot outside of Barstow, CA, each set to music. The lyric is:

Okay, not really surprised, but some people have probably heard a part of Barstow without realizing it. That odd musical motif that Dr. Demento used to introduce songs in the Funny Five on his radio show comes from Barstow.
