If you want an accommodation recommendation for Tallinn, I stayed in the Hotel Telegraaf in the Old Town. I thought it was very good.
Bristol Palace? Eh? I live in Bristol, and I’ve never heard of that. 
Bath is a nice place to visit though, I’ll agree. It’s an easy day trip from London as well.
