Where to get Javascript help

Factual Questions
1

I am looking for a good forum to find Javascript help, but I am having trouble. I need some info about the scriptaculous javascript package, but the Rails spinoff site doesn’t seem to be active. Can anyone tell me where the JS coders hang out?

Thanks,
Rob
