A while ago I posted a question about Cuban cigars (I think it was lost in the board reset), asking why they were so “good.” At the end of the thread, one of the mod’s (manhatten I think, but I’m not sure) said that I should look for a staff report on this in the near future. Well its been a while, where’s my staff report
