Where's the weirdest place you have slept?

I sleep in the big empty file drawer in the closet behind my desk during lunch sometimes. I guess I am filed under “S” for sleep!

On top of a ten foot ladder.

I was working construction, doing network installation on a really big site. We had these really long pulls that went through several turns, and we had people at each turn to navigate the wire. Well, it took about 10 or 15 minutes to set up each pull, during which time I was just sitting there on the ladder. I discovered that if I went up near the top, looped my leg around the side, and just sort of layed my body against the ladder (arms hanging over the top) I’d stay balanced there. I took 2 naps that day on the ladder.

I join the trampoline sleepers. I guess the strangest place I have ever slept though, was on the floor in a museum in the top of what was said to be a haunted building. I interned there and they never gave me enough work to do.

On the back of an evil motorbike on a three hour drive at 100mph on the motorway in the pouring rain on my way to a Hell’s Angel festival. heh.
Up a tree, well, the ground was wet.
I used to sleep through a lot of my classes at school.
On a huge pile of hardback books next to my bed, was too drunk to make the last half metre. That hurt the next day, a lot.
I once fell asleep in the mortuary, not in the PM room though.
Curled up under various things, hiding in corners, pretty much anywhere if I’m tired or drunk enough…
