Having a rather slow-witted 18 year-old young man in my charge at the moment, it would be to the detriment of all were I to encourage him to go live on his own. He simply doesn’t have the brain power to function at even a basic level of autonomy. And yet, he can vote, buy a firearm*[snip]*

If he doesn’t have the brain power to live by himself how can he be allowed to buy a firearm? Is there someone who’s suppose to prevent him from doing that?
