Viggo Mortensen - he’s one of those dudes who gets himself all immersed in the “craft” of acting and would probably do it for the artistic challenge.
I agree that Angelina Jolie is quite CAPABLE of doing it, and that she’d probably enjoy it. But her career as a mainstrean actor is going great guns right now, so I don’t think she will for that reason. She may be a wild child, but for the moment she appears to be in control of her wildness.

After being hired for the role and after filming had begun, on the day the nude scene was supposed to be filmed, Dunst suddenly balked and said she wouldn’t do scene nude. The producer and director were obviously trapped at this point and had to agree to her unilateral decision to wear clothing.
Now I have no problem with those actresses who choose to keep the goods on the shelf. There are undoubtedly film roles they have lost because of their decision. But I think it’s wrong for an actress to agree to nudity and then after the film has committed to her, to change her mind.

I understand that nowadays, any nude/sex scene is shot at the very beginning of the film. So if the actor/actress has a change of heart, it’s relatively easy to recast the role.

Re Aeon Flux
I feel the need to make this clear, I didn’t watch Aeon Flux for sex. Aeon was much, much, much too thin for me. But along with Gnosticism, elments of cyberpunk, bondage and sadomasochism were major elements of the show. If the movie got rid of the skin and the S&M, they probably got rid of everything else that made Aeon Flux special.

Well, I’ve seen the sex scene in question and it might as well have been faked, for all you get to see, so we just have the actor’s word on it. Wouldn’t call that hardcore, however much the actors in question enjoyed it.
I would LOVE to see Rose McGowan do hardcore while she’s still a total hottie, but I don’t think it’ll happen unless her mainstream career tanks. Like Angeline Jolie, I think she’s enough of a wild child to do it for the thrill of it, but she’s been on Charmed a long time. I bet she’s liking those regular paychecks, and will look for either more TV work or a mainstream career when Charms finally tanks. I mean, in terms of ratings. It jumped the shark so long ago the shark is just a tiny, distant blob in the water.
I don’t think Rose will be doing nudie stuff on Charmed anytime soon because Alyssa Milano’s ego won’t let any of the other actress on the show be hotter than her. And if Rose got to show her bod a little more, she’s be a LOT hotter than Alyssa.
