Also, this is my first post with the new board. I posted only once on the temporary board and it just didn’t feel right.
This one too feels a bit odd now that I’m looking around at all the new choices before me.
I tell you though, that bizarre-o board gave me the heebie-jeebies. The little smashie dudes, the jarring colors, old posters under new names, old posters under bizarre-o names. Sheesh.
I dunno, maybe it was all just a dream, just a dream…
The new one, all the way. It has a sleek, fresh look.
I liked the old one best… This one is very interesting… But the temp board sucked. I really like the options on this one, how easy it is to do stuff like this .
I’ll be happy when the links change color after I’ve clicked on them. To me, that is essential in forums like this one, which I don’t read every day and therefore tend to forget which threads I’ve opened. Otherwise, this is peachy keen!
Haven’t had time to get used to this one yet, but I bet this will be my favorite.

I like the face-lift. And the bug fixes in the new board software are good - I dislike having my password hacked and stolen. So that’s all good.
But I also want to express a big “eat excrement and die, moron!!” to the VBulliten programmer who made having a cookie mandatory to post. It used to be that you never had to use cookies - albeit at the price of typing in your username and password a lot. (A price I was more than willing to pay.) Now it seems like you HAVE to enable cookies to post, or your post gets flushed. Annoying.

New is better. Still kind of slow late at night though.
The new board is okay, but I really miss the old color scheme, the number of users and guests logged on, and the old no-nonsense posting window. (Back in my day we didn’t need all these fancy gewgaws and blasted gimcrackery! )
