I got James Madison, apparently because we both are known for having our noses in a book.
I feel more like John Adams, the one who can’t stand not following principles and therefore gets stuck with all the jobs nobody else wants to touch

Franklin for me. I’m OK with that; he seemed less hung up than a lot of them.
Another Madison.
Ben Franklin… Big flirt, diplomat, likely to be hanging out at the pub with his friends after a long day? Yeah, I can see the comparison. Pity that I’m nowhere near the genius that he was!
Another Madison, apparently.
Another George Mason.
Jesus of America
Remember that guy who fired the first shot at Lexington Common? I’m the guy standing next to him.
What? Who the hell fired? Oh, shit!
Tris
Pretty good chess player, though, by the standards of his time! Of course, gave it up when he spent too much time studying opening theory.
I’m sorry I went for the joke “Open up a window! Sit down, John, sit down!,” b/c Franklin was one hell of a writer and probably a fun guy. Sort of the W of his day – you’d want to have a beer (or several) with him. OK, kidding on that comparison (spits onto floor in disgust), but, still, not inapt as an analogy.
That’s not fair – Adams was a great writer probably only hurt by his association with ol Ez “crackpot” Pound. Good lawyer, though, and he got a whole song written about him.
Apparently, I’m most like twix. Now excuse me while I go read about that Madison guy. I remember reading some of the Federalist Papers for my PoliSci class… Do you think all this readin’ may have something to do with it? sticks nose in webpage
Ben Franklin. I think because I chose “rather hang out with friends.”
George Mason. Yay, I guess?
Beat me to it.
I got Madison as well.
Me, too.
Washington. Apparently, I’m self-controlled, dignified, and even-handed. Huh.
I got George Mason too.
Strange. Where was the option for John Quincy Adams?
Another George Mason.
:eek:I guess that puts us at odds with a lot of folks around here.
Another Madison.
Roger Sherman
