I don’t remember how they ranked against each other. The Viper Ultra 770 is a TNT2 card. The Geforce is probably a TI 256. I’m trying to decide which card I own is best in an old 4x AGP version one slot. Thanks for the help if you remember this far back.
There wasn’t a 256 Ti, the first was a Geforce 2 Ti. Either one is better than the Viper, but both are useless for any games less than 10 years old. Unless you’re going to play Quake, it really doesn’t matter.
You can barely use the internet with this computer. Games? Ha ha. This computer reads books to me while exercising, and looks up information on how to do the exercise right. My regular computer is great. It just can’t be in two places at once.
The Geforce is a Geforce 256 made before the Geforce 2. TI must not be part of the name then. It has a whole 32M video ram.
Maybe you can dig up a Voodoo 3 card somewhere
It was the only card that worked correctly in a duel card configuration. Try SLI with new cards and get stutter.
