Which languages did Charles V really use with whom?

brainyquote.com and answers.com have it as I’d always remembered:

“I speak Spanish to God, Italian to women, French to men, and German to my horse.”

But for some reason, the wikiquote section of wikipedia has this one:

“I speak Spanish to God, Italian to musicians, Spanish to women, French at the Court, German to my servants and English to my horse.”

Musicians? English?
