My gut-instinct says The Punisher. He is a disaffected loner sort. Emotionally he is incapable of having any kind of relationship with a woman due to the trauma of having his family murdered. He is constantly on the move and frequents the worst parts of the world. Add to that the he, originally, was supposed to be a Vietnam vet. He likely has pleasant memories of the hookers in Saigon that he tries to relive.
