Spokespeople for Hezbollah have stated that they took the two Israeli soldiers prisoner in the hopes of arranging a prisoner swap for three Lebanese prisoners. None of the news articles I’ve read name these prisoners or under what circumstances they are being held. I’m specifically interested in whether the prisoners have recieved what we would term due process.
Persons of interest? Enemy combatants?
