Who are the oldest acts still performing live music?

Jackson Browne - 70
Jimmy Buffett - 72
Alice Cooper - 71

Frankie Valli is still touring and performing at 81.

Uh, William Shatner, 88, had a new album last year…

Bluesman Pinetop Perkins died in 2011 at the age of 97. According to this obituary, he was playing blues clubs up to the end.

True.

As far as I know, ex-Stone Bill Wyman is still performing, at 82.

Chuck Berry played live shows until shortly before his death at age 90.

This reminded me of David Crosby, who is 77 and will be touring again starting in May (Phil Collins paid for Crosby’s liver transplant back in the 90s).

Peter Yarrow of Peter, Paul, and Mary still does occasional tour dates at age 80.

Pete Seeger was performing in his 90s.

Live long and prosper, Bill.

The Lettermen still tour. Don’t know how old Tony is, but he is the original member since '59.

I looked it up. He’s 78.

There are so many

Arlo Guthrie at 71 has to be the oldest living performer of a famous performer.

Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr are still touring, separately. Sir Ringo is 78 and Sir Paul is 76.

Yeah, I know Ringo is more properly addressed as “Sir Richard Starkey.”

Jerry Lee Lewis is 83 and still performs live.

Vera Lynn is still occasionally performing, although in a very limited capacity, at age 102. Two years ago, she released an album Vera Lynn 100.

Ennio Morricone is 90.

His final tour has sold out, so one more concert is being added.

Jazz guitarist Bucky Pizzarelli was touring until 2017, when he was 91.

Bluegrass/old-time singer/musician Alice Gerrard is 84 and still very much active - I saw her play a couple of weeks ago.

Don Maddox, of The Maddox brothers and Rose(classic hillbilly band), is still alive at 96 and performed on the Marty Robbins Show for his 90th birthday, though I don’t know if he is still performing - and the Robbins gig might have been a one-off for his birthday.
