I think it’s very difficult to say ‘who won’ without letting personal political preferences get in the way of rational thoughts on which party leader came across better on a tv program that has not a lot to do with leading a country.

A bunch of British politicians were apparently on a TV show last night.
NPR was having technical difficulties yesterday morning so the local public radio station played BBC news. The upcoming debate was featured–apparently a New Thing in British politics.
US presidential debates were described for historical reasons. And how the candidates try to be remembered–but not for blowing it. Which led to the clip of My Own Ex-Governor explaining how he’d close 3 government agencies if he won–but only remembering the names of 2.
Made me proud…
