I have heard a cover of Snoop Doggy Dogg’s “Gin and Juice” done with banjos and washboards, super country style. I hav no idea who does this. Anyone heard it? My 2 best WAGs would be either Phish or Ween.

It’s a band called The Gourds. It is spreading around Napster mistakenly attributed to Phish and String Cheese Incident, but it is neither.
