Alright without starting a debate or flamewar, who do you think will be the most effective (effective: having bills introduced and passed) Let’s base this question on senior senators, junior senators as well as senior reps and junior reps.
Also, what bill, piece or legislation or just general area of interest they have in congress which will make them effective?

While we can try to keep this out of the flame wars realm, any discussion of who is the “most effective” Senator and/or Rep is going to be a debate. I’d even debate your premise that the measure of effectiveness for a legislator is the raw number of bills introduced and passed.
You hit the nail right on the head. To clarify: by most effective, I do mean the most bills which are introduced and passed.
We can also insert the caveat which includes bills that have the most support or sponsors.
