Who is the contractor for the US National DNC

Hi,

I know that AT&T was the initial contractor for the US National DNC registry. Does anyone know if it is still AT&T or if it is not, who operates it?

(And if any of the teeming millions know the answer to that question - do they know who has the contract for the list cleaning ie removal of disconnected or changed numbers).

According to the original grant (in pdf):

the contract with AT&T runs until October of 2012. So, unless the contract was terminated early for some reason, AT&T would still be the contractor.
