And it really wasn’t my fault that there were two foot flames leaping out of the oven…really. The almonds were toasting one minute, flaming the next (no toaster oven, and this had worked before). A some water took care of it. However, it got me out of years of having to cook dinner–leaving me free to do it when I felt like it.
It’s an act. I can tell.
