Donald Trump if you live in Scotland.
Yeah, we really need you to build us a world class golf course. :rolls eyes:

My understanding is that George W. Bush has a large number of supporters in Africa because of the large amount of aid money he sent there during his administration to combat AIDS and other diseases. Factor in that they weren’t entangled in any wars because of him and I think he has enough people there who like him to take him out of the running.
Sarah Palin
“Universally” also INCLUDES the US though. While he may not have as many “followers” as, say, the Kims, he does still have plenty of people who at the very worst think he’s okay, or at least not the devil within the US. I think the most universally agreed upon scumbag is going to have to be someone who isn’t in a position of power, and that pretty much anybody who isn’t part of their (small) group that knows about them hates them.
That’s still there under Advanced Options isn’t it?
My vote would be for the person/team who decided not to take my searches literally and decide to interpret what words I really want.
Rachel from Cardholder Services.
Too local. No-one’s ever heard of this guy outside the USA. (I mean. I have, but that’s only because I read the Dope.)
Odd. I would have said that about Rush Limbaugh.

Arrgghhh. But her handlers probably don’t target people outside the NANP.
As for top world scumbag? I’m not sure. The people who make a case for Bush the Younger are persuasive, except that I never had the impression he was strong-willed enough to be world-class. He always seemed to me to be reacting to things.

No; there’s just “show most relevant results”, which is what used to be call “moderate safe search”; you can’t just turn it off. You have to play guessing games with your search terms to get past the filter, and you’ll never know what is being left out because the new search algorithm thinks it’s “inappropriate”.
We may be the exception, but here in Israel Bush is seen less as a villain and more as a sort of amicable buffoon.
Coulter
Does she even believe the venom she spouts?

Winner.
It probably should be the Kim Jong du Jour, but they are so damn pathetic and comical it’s just hard to revile(and give them credit) them for the misery they cause. They are the Bugs Bunny version of a tyrant.
The suffering and deprivation that the millions of residents of North Korea continue to undergo on account of the Kims is unfortunately all too real, and not of the Bugs Bunny variety in any way.

As long as “the Kim Jong du jour” has not rushed in to close the concentration camps and beg the UN for full aid for his people, I think he deserves the title above all others.
The fact that he doesn’t rate the title in the minds of most Americans is a sad statement on the failings of our media.

I thought it was just the north-east where that was an issue, your average Glasweigan would think about Trump during the year about as much as they would think about, well, Fred Phelps (who I agree with Alessan is only known to people who have heard of 4chan* outside of the US). Is that not the case? Is it a national issue?
*I am not saying 4chan users by any means. I am just using it as a proxy for awareness of internet culture

Actually I think Kim is a reformer and reforming about as quickly as he can do, given the circumstances, without ending up dead himself (which is fair enough). If anything the typical American media portrayal of North Korea is a caricature. You know more than half the people in PyongYang have a 3g mobile phone?

I hope he is, but do we have any real evidence this Kim is doing anything but hold a nice job while the “old boys” continue to run the country the same way as always?
Of those “more than half” 3G phone owners in Pyongyang, how many can access a fully available internet. Or have even heard of, let’s say, Facebook?

This, also the Kurdish people love President Bush for obvious reasons.
Barney the dinosaur?
I think Barney and Fred Phelps are tied for #1. And come to think of it, has anyone seen the two of them together?
Pedro Alonso Lopez. The monster of the Andes may have killed as many as 300 people. He may not claim the top serial killer spot but the thing is, this scumbag is at large, having been released in 1998. There is a warrant for his arrest on a new murder (what is wrong with those people?) since 2002.
I’m still quite steamed about corporate person BP. Hey, I know! Let’s risk (and then follow through on) poisoning whole regions of the Earth just because we can’t be bothered to watch what we’re doing in our soulless quest for maximum profits! There can only be one (1) value, and that value is maximizing profits, no matter what. We’re worth billions and billions of dollars, and also utterly unprofessional at our core business! What a brilliant, shining role model!
I don’t know if they can claim the top spot though, competing against the other heavyweight scumbags mentioned in this thread. However, nothing reminds me that justice is merely a word more than the continued existence of BP.
