Ok well I’m going to go with some random thugs that forced a son to rape his mother. I think maybe they killed one of them too, or at least beat them up. I don’t know their names but I remember the story in the news. That’s some pretty evil shit.
I am not holding fast to this, and am willing to consider other, eviler people.
Fun fact: I had no idea it was evil, eviler, evilest. I honestly thought it was evil, more evil, most evil. And I was all ready to make fun of the OP when I found out the true comparative and superlative forms of evil!
That pretty much eliminates anyone with enough power to be the most evil.
The news this morning carried the story of a group of folks who held a mentally-disabled woman (and her daughter) captive for a couple of years. They forced her to hit her daughter and kept a video of it, threatening to show it to police if she ever turned them in for their abuse of her. They deliberately injured herenough to require a pain med prescription, then took the prescription from her.
That’s pretty evil.
I believe some of Pol Pot’s henchmen from the Killing Fields days are still alive. If so, they get my vote.

GWB bullied the whole world into a war based on lies of WMD. The cost of which pushed the US economy to the brink of collapse. Combined with deregulating Wall Street, until the world economy was teetering too. The world is still reeling from these actions today. Throw in suspending habeus corpus, gitmo and embracing torture and I think we have a winner. Keep in mind he gets a fat pension and a library named after him, not jail time!
Then that would be me. The true extent of my crimes against individuals and humanity as a whole might not even be uncovered at the occasion of my “death,” but future historians will be able to trace the pattern.

To manipulate governments at home and abroad to the sole purpose of profiteering from human suffering is pretty close to pure evil in my book. Barring the usual suspects (per OP), I’m going with the current design team for Mercedes Benz. They took what was an elegant and stately automobile design just 5 years ago and created a chromed out, blinged out, l.e.d. riddled, farcical charicature.
