By that standard, Alexander the Great is not a historical figure. We have no contemporary accounts of his life, only histories written by those who’d read contemporary accounts some decades after his death.

15 years, probably. He died between 30 and 36, and the earliest Pauline Epistles are from about 45-50. The Gospels are usually dated from 60 to 100, typically with Mark as the oldest and John the latest of the Canonical Gospels.
