Who is this Financial Talking Head?

My google-fu is failing me, and it’s driving me nuts that I can’t think of this guy’s name.

He’s a financial commentator of some sort. Maybe on CNBC?

He is bald on top, and his remaining hair is pulled back into a scraggly littler ponytail.

He has a giant patch of what appears to be gray pubic hair on his chin.

He’s loud and annoying. (YMMV)

Why, that’s Pete Najarian of CNBC. (I Googled “finance” and “ponytail,” and he was the first hit. I bring that up because the word “ponytail” is not on that linked page.)
