Could be a dodge/burn artifact, if it’s really an artifact. Large areas of head are often over exposed when everything else looks good. So maybe they tweaked that.
The hand/arm looks normal enough.
Sharp edge on Dorn’s face, too. Again, probably exposure related, if an artifact at all.
Spiner’s hair is completely blown out, as is most of the background.
