None of which had a massive evulsion of brain tissue. Action. Reaction. Simple physics.
At this point, so has the suicide theory, giving it equal validity. If we get enough people to cite the suicide theory, it then becomes the most likely explanation, because reality molds itself to peoples beliefs
The Beatles killed Kennedy?! That makes sense . . . national mourning leaving the country wide-open for the British Invasion that followed soon after . . . Four Beatles, stationed at various points (the Book Depository, the grassy knoll, the overpass, Paul disguised as Jackie . . .)
Executions using handgun bullets have a different effect than the FMJ military ammunition LHO used.
Even if it did, none of the examples you gave have brain matter spraying in a jet towards the firer.
That must be why they killed Paul.
Actually, Paul’s the mastermind and bumped off all the other Beatles.
Not sure if that would be considered evidence.
Why did the mafia kill Oswald afterwards? This is a glaring question that is most troublesome to the lone killer scenario. It has been well established that Ruby was involved with the mafia and was even used in CIA plots where they used the mafia.
None of this has been “well established.”
The evidence suggests that the simple answer s the right one (Lee Harvey Oswald) and the conspiracy theories are just unfalsifiable nonsense and extrapolation.
I’ve said this before: I always had a smidgen of doubt until I visited the 6th Floor Museum. You can’t get into Oswald’s corner and look out the window he shot from, but you can look out a window about 10 feet away. It’s a perfect position. My grandmother could have made that shot.
ETA: There’s a webcam in the sniper’s nest. Close as we can get to his view.
Ruby ran strip clubs and that is a biton the seedy side of entertainment, and certainly some members of the mob would have gone to his clubs and maybe even known him.
But for Ruby to be working with the mob? Unlikely. He was waaaaay to cozy with the police (it was how he was able to get into the prison transfer area) for anyone in the mob to trust him with anything. Ruby vehemently denied being part of any conspiracy (no matter what Oliver Stone tries to tell you in his anal raping of history) and his actions right before he shot LHO back this up.
Considering JFK’s repeated attempts to kill or overthrow Castro, and Lee Oswald’s public advocacy for the Castro revolution; I figure in a way JFK brought it on himself.
Who killed JFK? J. F. K. did himself in.
And just where *was *your grandmother in November 1963, hmmm?
His mother should know.
How did they find Oswald to begin with? You’re jumping past several layers of basic logistics to ask your question. It’s like me asking why Santa Claus uses flying reindeer instead of flying pigs; there’s more important questions that need to be looked into first.
IIRC, the FBI had the mob phones tapped at this time, and nobody in the mob expressed any knowledge of the plot. In fact, I believe that they were all left scratching their heads when it came out that Ruby was from Chicago, since nobody knew who he was.
Not that this is dispositive, but I find it endlessly amusing to note, in response to accusations that Ruby was some sort of mob “enforcer”, the fact that this ‘professional’ assassin used his middle finger to pull the trigger! It doesn’t speak well to his mobster bona fides, although it does reinforce other evidence of his own impulsive thinking.
I assumed flying pigs would slide off snowy roofs too easily.
Both of them were dead by that time. However, they both lived into their 90s and had they been alive in November of '63, either one of them could have made the shot. Even the blind one.
I thought it had been pretty well established that it was the Mafia, acting at the behest of Frank Sinatra. He, Mel Torme and Tony Bennett conspired to bring crooning piano jazz ballads back into vogue. The entire assassination was designed to draw Garrison in, destroy his credibility, and allow them to install their mole as NO DA. After that, everything fell into place.
Maybe I don’t read enough JFK conspiracy stuff but what do people generally think of the mob idea? I remember a long time ago watching a thing on the Biography channel about a mafioso who got so pissed off with feeling disrespected by RFK that he got into a fight and tried to strangle him before it got broken up. And that the Florida mob was celebrating over JFK’s death. Can’t find anything with a quick search though.
