The Wikipedia biography mentions that Brown had a daughter, so it’s possible that there are descendants of his alive today somewhere.
Depends whether his daughter and son-in-law, architect Henry Holland, had issue or not.
He invented the “ha ha” that is now usurped by that kid on the Simpsons.
According to this site there was a grandson - one Lancelot Holland (1781-1859) who had married. ‘Course the site’s entry is speculation only, and who th’ heck’s heard of Lancelot Holland?
