Who makes the least expensive ohmmeter or DMM with a 4-wire (or “Kelvin”) resistance measurement?

If you’re wondering, a 4-wire resistance measurement uses 2 wires to pass a current through the resistance and 2 other wires to measure the voltage drop across it. This completely ignores the resistance in the test leads, so they can have a million or more times the resistance of the device under test and not interfere.
