The one in Mecca, cornerstone of the Kaaba. The Saudi royals, some sort of Muslim conglomerate? Is is even owned at all? If the stone or frame needs cleaning or repair, who orders the work? Or if Mecca were in danger of destruction or invasion through war, who has the responsibility to take care of the stone?
The King of Saudi Arabia also has the title Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques (the one in Mecca and the other in Medina). So technically it “belongs” to the government of Saudi Arabia.
